Jennifer: I have been an owner of HIE 3.306 since February 2020.

I decided to start this blog after I found it nearly impossible to get satisfactory answers (or ANY answers) from our Community Manager or Board members in the days and weeks leading up to our annual meeting and Board elections in December 2022.

While the Board President used his position to send out kudos to his past work, sales pitches for his preferred candidates and scolds toward everyone not on applauding loudly enough, other owners had to rely on Facebook, word-of-mouth, notes on doors (that were removed in the dark of night) to discuss and share issues of relevance with other owners.

At a minimum, I hope to use this blog as a way to coordinate owners responses and ensure we have enough engagement from owners to conduct business at future owners' meetings.

Hopefully, better communication from future Boards will eliminate the need for this blog.
