At the Annual Members Meeting on 12/15/2022 I'd planned to make the motions listed in the document below. Unfortunately, we didn't have a quorum in attendance so the meeting wasn't held.
However, I do plan to continue this effort to get the motions in front of the membership in early 2023.
If anyone has suggestions for other motions, please add them in the comments.
