I made an official records request to the HOA on 12/11/2022 for minutes, billing records and emails or other communication related to the 2/7/2022 letter that was sent to my tenant from attorney Jacob Ensor on behalf of a Board member.

I will post anything that I receive that isn't personal to the targets of the letters/legal action.

I received a response to the records request today and have submitted ANOTHER records request.
