I sent this email to Dawn, Charity, the attorneys and to some of the new Directors this morning establishing a deadline of 5:00 pm on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 to receive the documents.
I did receive a message from Kevin Bryan, President, acknowledging receipt of my email and letting me know the Board will be discussing my email with the management team.
I am finalizing an "Open Letter to the new Board" and hope to receive the response to my inquiries so I can include the cost of the legal fees incurred by the drafting of the 3 letters at issue.
