First Service Residential - Proposed 3 year Management Contract

UPDATE 2/3/2023 Charity got it done! All the Association Contracts, Insurance Docs and some Forms were added during the day yesterday - see below.

Many thanks to Charity Gruwell of First Service Residential for helping me today and making sure I received a copy of the new management contract with First Service Residential that the Board is planning to discuss at tonight's Board meeting.

Florida statute requires that many of our financials and other records (including service contracts, I believe) be posted to our Community portal managed by FS Residential. 

Charity and Dawn were under the (mistaken) impression that the Contracts were already on the portal but, today, realized they are not and haven't been. Charity promised me that they will be available to us on the portal no later than tomorrow, 2/2/2023.
